TheSuprerne Court havedecidcd' ihat the power is already granted to the Governor, and in accrdance therewith he hascomrnuted the punishment of E. M. JVIiller, who was sentenced at the last term of the Court here, to be hung, to imprisonment for life in the State Penitentiary.
