POLICE IN REMODELED QUARTERS: Police have moved into their remodeled and repainted first floor quarters at City Hall. Officer Howard Zeck is shown in the new dispatch room, created from a portion of the old main police office. Outside the dispatch room is a reception area with a new counter. Other first floor police rooms also underwent change, including an enlargement of Police Chief Casper M. Enkemann’s office.
