The following resolution compriscsthe creed of the Whig party, as defi'ned at tbc Baltimore Gonvention. Itsauthority is of course indisputable. Resolved, That these principies may be summed, as comprising - a woll regulated National Currency - a TariÃF for Revenue tó 'defray the expenses of the Government, and discriminatingwith Special reference to the protection of the Domestic Labor of the country- the distribution of tho proceeds from the public lands - a single term for the Presidency - a reform of Executive usurpation - anc generally such an administraron of the aöairs of the Country, "as shall itnpart to every branch of tlfé public service the greatest possible efficiency, controllod by a well vegulated and wise econoniy."
