Prepares for 13th Annual Book Fair: Miss E. Elizabeth Slack prepares for the 13th annual outdoor Book Fair tomorrow, an event which she founded and for which she has been the only chairman. Cartons containing some of the books to be offered are behind Miss Slack. The fair, sponsored by the Friends of the Library, will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. tomorrow on the porch of the Ann Arbor Public Library, S. Fifth Ave. and E. William.
