Library Branch Nearly Finished - The Nellie Seymour Loving Branch Library, located at Packard and Creek, stands nearly ready for occupancy, set for the middle of this month. The $51,455 library is named for Ann Arbor's first librarian who served the city from 1883 until her retirement in 1922. Dedication for the library is scheduled for next fall. The building is being constructed by the Don Butcher Construction Co., and David W. Osler is architect.
