Short Illness Takes Ypsilanti Resident
YPSILANTI - Neil F. Hurley, 42, died yesterday morning in University Hospital, Ann Arbor, after a short illness.
He was born May 15, 1911, in Markle, Ind., and to Robert E. and Stella Reynolds Hurley. In September, 1938, he was married to Lorraine Malek. An accountant, he was a graduate of Ann Arbor High School and the University School of Business Administration. He was formerly employed by the Ford Motor Co. and Kaiser-Frazer.
He is survived by his mother, with whom he made his home at 114 S. Huron St.; a daughter, Frances Susan of Ann Arbor; and two brothers, Ralph Hurley of Ann Arbor and Rex J. Hurley of Baldwin, Mich.
The Rev. Mitchell Ulbick will conduct services at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Stevens & Bush Funeral Home here. Burial will be made in Highland Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home.
