Description
Acrobalance is the physical act of sharing weight and balancing between two or more people. Have you ever given someone a "superman" on your feet or made a human pyramid? Then you've already done a little acro! This workshop will be taught by members of the A2 Aviary and will cover the fundamentals of this fun circus art form as participants work to build or improve balance, strength, flexibility, communication, and body/mind awareness. There is no need to come with a partner, though it's a-ok if you do. Everyone will have the opportunity to try their hand (and feet!) at basing, flying, and spotting each movement. This program will take the entire hour and will require patience and focus.
