Mrs. Mary Ellen O'Reilly, 90, widow of the late Michael O'Reilly, died this morning at her home on Ridgmore drive, after an illness of three weeks.
Born Sept. 9, 1843, in Northfield township, the daughter of the late James and Mary O'Neil O'Connor, and had been a resident of Washtenaw county and Ann Arbor practically her entire life. She had made her home in Ann Arbor since she was nine years old.
Her only daughter, Mrs. S. Anna O'Neil, died July 26, 1933. Mrs. O'Reilly was a member of St. Thomas Catholic church here.
She is survived by two nieces and five nephews, Mrs. Catharine Greening of Detroit, Mrs. Margaret Leonard of Ionia, John Quigley of Dexter, George M. O'Connor, Detroit; Clarence E. O'Connor, Northfield, Frank O'Connor, New Hudson, and William O'Connor, Saginaw; and several grand and great-grand nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 9 o'clock Friday morning in St. Thomas church, with burial in St. Thomas cemetery. Friends may call at the residence.
