DETROIT—Thomas E. Terrell, 57, of Detroit, was found dead in his home on Wednesday. Wayne county medical examiners ruled the death a suicide.
Terrell opened the first Edsel automobile agency in Ann Arbor last September. Last month he left the automobile field and his son-in-law, H. C. McElroy, jr., also of Detroit, assumed operation of the car agency in Ann Arbor.
Terrell was born in Tennessee on Sept. 28, 1900.
Survivors include his widow, Roxie; two daughters, Mrs. Donald Solomon and Mrs. Harold McElroy, both of Detroit; and four grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. tomorrow at the Ted Sullivan Funeral Home in Detroit. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery here.
