Bjork, Howard F.
1511 Pine Valley Blvd. -
Age 61, passed away Oct. 24 following a long illness. He was born Aug. 4, 1909 in Norway, Mich. He had been a resident of Ann Arbor for the past 11 years. Mr. Bjork was a member of West Side United Methodist Church. He was General Manager and partner in W. L. Badger Assoc. He was a registered Professional Engineer and a 1933 graduate of the University of Michigan School of Engineering. Surviving are his wife, Betty R.; a daughter, Mrs. John (Sally) Alberts of Green Bay, Wis.; two sons, H. Frederick Bjork, Jr. of Trenton and Philip R. Bjork of Stevens Point, Wis.; 4 grandchildren; one brother Elliott L. Bjork of Ann Arbor; and 2 nieces. Cremation has taken place. Memorial services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sat., Oct. 31 from the Staffan Funeral Home with Dr. Milton H. Bank officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Joseph Mercy Hospital Heart Fund, c/o Dr. Rudolph Reichert.
