The marriage of Helen Alvena Brown, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. D. Brown of El Paso, Texas, to Melvin Carl Bahnmiller, son of Mr. and Mrs. Gottlieb Bahnmiller of Felch St., took place Wednesday, Feb. 20, at the Bethlehem Evangelical and Reformed church, Rev. Theodore Schmale officiating.

Attending the couple were Mrs. H. A. Schneider of Flint, sister of Mr. Bahnmiller, and Art Grestler of Ann St.

The bride was attired in a turquoise blue suit with a matching hat and a corsage of pale pink carnations.

A reception followed at the home of the bridegroom’s parents. After a short wedding trip Mr. and Mrs. Bahnmiller are living at 522 Felch St.

Mr. Bahnmiller, a graduate of Ann Arbor High school, received his honorable discharge from the Army in June, 1945. He was in service three and one-half years, 13 months of which were spent in North Africa with the Army Air Force. He is now employed with Argus, Inc.
