Dealia A. Dean of Tekamah, Neb., exchanged her wedding vows with Edward L. Ritz, son of Mr. and Mrs. Leo J. Ritz of Dayton Dr., last Saturday morning in St. Patrick’s Church, Tekamah, Neb.

Rev. William J. Borer officiated at the ceremony.

The bride, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Dean of Tekamah, wore a ballerina length gown of white nylon net and Chantilly lace over satin. Her fingertip veil was held in place by a half hat of satin and lace.

She carried white carnations and stephanotis on a white prayer book.

Mrs. Raymond Korshoj was her sister’s matron of honor. She wore a lilac nylon net over taffeta gown and a nose veil. Her flowers were yellow gladiolas.

Neil Connealy of Tekamah, formerly of Ann Arbor, was the best man. Ushers were Raymond Korshoj and Paul Tobin of Tekamah.

After the ceremony, the wedding breakfast was held at the home of the bride’s aunt, Viola Tobin, and a reception was held in the bride’s parents’ home. Mrs. Thomas B. Dyer of Oakwood St. was in charge of the guest book.

After a Northern Michigan wedding trip, the bridegroom will return to Camp Pendleton, Calif., where he is serving with the Marines. For her traveling costume, the bride chose a black and white print dress with matching accessories.

A graduate of Tekamah High School, the bride attended the University of Nebraska and Michigan State Normal College. She is now a teacher in Tekamah.

Her husband was graduated from St. Thomas High School and attended Michigan State Normal College before enlisting in the Marine Corps.
