Mrs. Lewis Grams

Milan Area Woman Passes At Age 85

MILAN—Mrs. Lillie Ann Grams, 85, died at her home, 14240 Milan-Oakville Rd., Tuesday noon.

A daughter of Joseph and Wealthy Rogers, she was born Oct. 23, 1866 in Bedford township, Monroe county.

She was a teacher in Monroe county for eight years before her marriage on April 20, 1891, to Lewis Grams. They lived on a farm in London township after their marriage.

Mr. Grams died Nov. 15, 1939.

She was a member of the Oakville Methodist Church.

She is survived by one son, St. Claire of London township; one daughter, Miss Gladys Grams of Milan; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Oakville Methodist Church. Burial will be in London Cemetery. Rev. Harry Coleman will officiate.

Friends may call at the residence from Thursday morning until Saturday noon.
