At Otsego, Allegan Co., " " Hth, At Monroe, " " 24th: Iu addition to the abova, a five weeks ses ion will be held at Ypsilanti, in the Normal School Building, beginning the firtt week in October, de6Ígned as moro a thorough drill of Uachers. Sessions will be licld the aftemoun of ench day, and the foreuoons be devoted to stndy. At the clo?e of each Instituto an examination will be had, and the Su, erintcndentwill give a rceominendatory certifícate to those who pass it aatiafactorily. This serie of Institutes ought to be largely attended by thoi d signing to teach the coming fiü and winter.
