By the arrival of Mr. Dimetrey hoeretary of Legation of Costa Kica information has beon received of a ful ratification by grant of tbe railroac right to Arnbrose Thompson, it having been apgroved by both houses of the Costa Rice Congress, July 4th. The grant itt fur 80 yoafs; roadway to be 300 yards wide; altérnate 6ections beinggiven to the railway of a mile square, the remaining sections retauied by the Government. The port at each end of the road to bo thronghout the term the location between the bay of Corunna and the Granadian line on the Pacific, and Point Carita on tho Granadian bouniary on the Atlantic. Survey is bo made in 2 yearp, to bo built in 6 years theveafter. The grantee to maintain sufficient pólice along the line to preserve order. - Troops of the governmen to be carried free, hut no fore'gn troops or inunitionsof war without the consent ol Costa Rica. The road cannot be transferrcd tra any foreign government. The farae chnrter for the organization given as to Chiriqui land Co. Six pur cenf. pmfits to be puid to Costa Rica, nnd $50.000 to be doposited within the year as a guarantee that the road wil] be built, to be returned oa completion.
