Kiohmond, Va., Feb. 11. The Governor transniittcd to tho Legislature to-day a conimunication from Judge Robinson, Commissioner to the seceding States, dated Montgomery, Peb. 3d. lic says the Governor of Georgia accepts tho wcdiatiou of Virginia, and gives authentic assurancc that Georgia will abstain, duriiag the period conteníplatcd from all acts calculated to produce a colusión of arrns between that State and the general government. The Commissioner believes that the Governor of Alabama will give a favorable answer, and tliat South Carolina will conform her course to the action or recommendation of the Southern Confederation. Ordercd to be printed. A joint resolution will be offercd in tho Virginia convention, which meets tomorrow, rcquosting Messrs. Huuter and Mason to resigu their seats in the United States Senate, on the grouud that tlieir secession sentiments do not represent the voice of Virginia.
