The Bank Commissioners of Illinois have callcd upon fifty two of the banks of that State, having a circulation of $4,855,490, to make good their securitiea by the 13th of June. Eighteon of the banks are still under the cali of last winter. Their circulation on the 24th of May was 81,691,258. The Commissioners adjourned till next Wednesday, when the case of fifty. tbree banks with a circulation of $4,. 855,498, principally eecured by northern and United States stocks, will coma up f├╝r consideratio├╝. They are carefully discuBsing the matter as to wether a cali sbould bo mado upon them or not.
