At the recent election m Virginia two ynconditional Union men wore elected, Tony S. , Caulisle in the Parkersburg district 'by. 'twenty-thousand majority, and W. Q. Brown in the Wheeling district by thirteen thousand majority. Tbfise two districts embrace thirty-one counties of Western Virginia, and have a population of 238,650, or about onefourth of the wholo white population of the State. Yet the remaining threefourths of the State have eleven Congressmen. Two other Congressmen wero voted for by the Union men of Fairfax and Berkley counties in their districts, and will claim their seats, havingreceived
