Certain capitalista of Milwaukee have taken $650,000 to $800,000 of the now issuo of bonds, paying seventy per cent in cash down, and ruimbursing, from coupons, the thirty per cent that remains. In othor wordi, the Stato sells her bonds at par, at the same tirao puying her interest several yoars in advance.
