A small Btearaer was sent out to watch tho tbc floet, and when tlio vessels came in sight she ran iu and signalled the forts and the people on the main-land. Thero is no doubt (from our authority,) that liarroa made this statement, and if ho told the truth, it would be desirable to find out the name of tho person at Fortress Monroe who sent him the important informatioD. - N.
