The lï iiialdo, Commander Iiewitt, with the rebel Commissiouers on board, nrrived it l'crmuda oa the Dtk. Befare reaebing the liarbor slie signaled the Admiral's s'uip tliat the rebel Coramwsioners, Mason and Slidell, wereon board. Ou this fact being made knowa t spread liko wild-lire, and tho Camber doek yard was sooii afterwarda crowded to itsfullest extent. After tlicy came to liarbor, pwing to tlio Kinaldo lositig two of her boats, aud pussing througli such sevcre weatlier, the Uaeer was oftered tlie Commissioners to proceed with on their mis sion, but the rebels preferred remaining whcre they were. No public ovation was gif en them, wi'.h the esceptioB tliat Adiniral Milne, whose hnspitaljty to the conmianders of the English war vessels, on their coming into port, is well known, invited them to partake of a dinner at h is house, with Commander Ilewitt, some other gentlemen and tho uicmbers of his family. - Heyoml this mark of favor, vcry little nttentiun vas paid to them ; and had they traveled in any other vessel apart froiii a liritisli man-of-war, they would havo been allowcd to move along unnoticed. Curiosit}7 alone was the occasion of the crowd being at the doek, and a desire to sec the rebel Commissioners vrho had caused such heartburuings betwenn this country and England. On their arri'al at Camber, and before loaving Ucrinuda, Mason is desc-ribed as looking dopreased careworn and dejected - no doubt ansing from the faet tliat hc was now a worldwide wanderer, after iroving a rebel to his country and a traitor to its Counstitution. Slidell wore the appearancc of a man possessing a stern, froward aud uncoutrollable temper, whifh DOtbing can daunt or subdue. On the l()i iiiüt., the Rinaldo left with the Commiísioners and their secretarios for the Island of St Thomas. - Slie eudeavored to luid at Haüfax, but was preven ted by tho weatlier. They left Bermuda as they eame - without a solitary eheer from the crowd, or the slightest mark of public enthusiasm being tendered them.
