Kansas City, Mo., Jan. 28. The Santa Fe mail, with dates to the 12tli lias arrived. There is nothiog of interest stirriug in the Military department of New Mexico. Colonel Canby Ras advanced up the rivcr frora Port Craig, and at last accounts he was at Berned with twenty coinpanies of troops. He still fears au attaek upon some other point than Fort Craig. and thinks the enemy repurted at Anainosa were there to divert the atteution of the Federáis. There are fifteen eompanies of Federáis at Fort Craig, fifteen at Albuquenjue, six at Santa Fe, and G00 men at Fort ünion. There is bonsiderable complaint made, owing to the failure of the Washington mails to reach Santa Fe. The Territory is ilooded with small drafts, whieh occasioned a searcity of specie.
