New York. March 12. An Elizabeth City, N. C, letter dated Mareh 4th, to the Tribune, says : "General Bragg with liis forces, numbering gixteen thousaud, arrived at Norfolk yestai'day from Pensacola, whioh place ixe evaouated after destroying tho fortifietins, guna, &c. It is also said, the rebols are calling all their spare farees into Norfolk that they may be ready for any emargency.
