■Visitora to our city, including ladies and gentlemen whu come espeeially to visit the University Library, Museums, etc, complain that they find it diffioult to get the access they seek, and are compelled to go home ungratified. Within a week we have heard that prominent citizens of Detroit have sit out their allotted time pon the door steps and returned home ■without getling a look at the collection they carne purposely to see. It was on Saturday we know, but Ihcy did not fcnow bef'ore leaving Detroit that library, and museums, and art gu'.lery wero closed to visitors on Saturday. We cali attention to this subject in nofaultfinding spirit, but in the hope thatsome means may be devised by which strangers can readily and always get access to the Univer.sity Library, etc. EP" The Union High School Exhibition on Wednesday ovening was largely attended, and the scholars participa ting did credit to themselves, their teachers, and the School. MUSIC- "Flag of the Héroes," (Solo and Chorus), 8. Dignity of Labor, Henry H. Winjss. 9. Now-a-days, E.mily N. Smitu. MUSIC- "The Clarion now sounds to the field." 10. Allegory, Written by Delia A. Hotchkins. MUSIC - " As the Mountains are round about Jerusalem. BENEDICTION. The music, vocal and instrumental, under the lead of Prof. IIarvey, was excellent. The seoond class exhibición is put down for Wednesday eveninf , March 26th.
