Procure a piece of muslin, cambric or fine unen ; cut out vour collar frora any pattern you hava by vou. Ilaving dono tbis, procure a piece oí coiored jaeonet or rnuslin. Chooseone vvith some pretty small flower n peaeh, blue or pink, or even green. We have seen both prints and Tnuslin with flowers sprinkled over the pattern. Cbooae these, and cut out the flowers and sow them in arow round your collar and cuffs; get some white braid, and then etitch the braid round the flowers with ingrain cotton, (oí tlie color your flowers may chance tobe.) This stylo is new, pretty and useful. Thocolorod flovvers can be introduoed into embroidery patterns, nnd look well. Care should bo taken that the flowers of print muslin will bear - Another way to put flowcrs on tho collars nnd cuffs, is to tack on your flower nnd button-hole stitch it round with -whito or coiored cotton, and then cutaway the muslin or linen frotn underneath the flovvers. If Iadics are not able to procure good ingrain cotton, they may use fine coiored worstod.
