New York, Jan. 19. Tho steamor América, from Aspinwalli the 9th, arrived to-night. Shs sailed in company with the steamer Champion, both under convoy of the gnnboat Augusta - tho latter separating from the America on tho 15th. The Champion ia below and will arrive at about one or two o'clock. The brig Drummond at Aspinwall, from New York, reports that she saw the Alabama December 23d oíf the east end oí' Cuba. The Cyane and Lancaster had sailed for San Francisco. The steamer Sonora reaehed Panama on the 3d, with $1,500,000 treasure, and $740,000 for New York. A severo earthquake in Guatemala, Dee. 9th, destroyed two towns. A great darnaga was done to buildings in all places. Subscriptior.s were being made among the Americana in Chili in uid of sick and wounded soldiers. New York, Jan. 20. The Champion, with 8688,000 in treasure. arrived at two o'clock this morning. Her convoy, guuboat Augusta, went to Port Royal. "
