We are therefore happy to state, that his business qiuiüfications and cliaracter for intogrity have just receifed an endorsoment at the hand of our business coininunity, which must recommend him to those who do not know him personaliy, as every way fitted to discharge the financial dutie.-t whicb ioevitably devulve upoa a resident Regnt. The Directora of the Ann Arbor City Bank, a Board componed of Boven Republicana and but two Demócrata, atter careful and thorongh investigation, have elected Mr. Richmond cashier of that inntitution, a position doubly responsible when it is considered that the entire machinery ol the Baak is yet to be put in running order, and that much of its future suocusa dependa on the business capacity and integrity ol the officers who shall start it on its business career.
