Hartford, April 7. Returns reoeived from every town in the State exoept Hampton. Vote for Governor, foots up : Buckingham, 38,309 Seymour, 35,836; Buckingham's majority about 2,500. Scnate stands 14 union and 7 demoorats; House 139 union and 94 democrats, with two towns a tie ; for Congress Deming, Brandigee, and Hubbard, union, and English, Deraoorat, are elected.
