A late dispatch says that in additiön to the ap. piopriution of $1,500,000 irom Ithe eounties of San Francisco, Sacramento and Placer, a bilí granting State aid of 810,000 per mile to the Central Pacific Hmlroad has passed the Legislatura: 1 his appropnation comes direct frota the Treasury, and with the State aidalready granted, secures beyond a doubt the early completion of the railroad across the Sierra Nevada Mountains. The first divison of the road s already graded.
