San Franscisco, June 22. Dates from the City of Mexico via Acapulco are to the 24th uit. All the Frenoh residents have boon compelled to leave the city. Gen. Juárez' had taken coinmand of the Mexican troops. The Mexican fortifioations were being strengthened, and it was believod the goverument would flood the valley on the approach of the Frcncb. and mako a desperate resistrinco, All the available Mexioan troops aro )cnn dr.iwn in towards the capital. Gon Comonfort is ínuch ceusured for jot rclieviüg Puebla and ia consequence jas resigned. The Frenen advance liad arrived at 3an Martin Les Bluliean. Gen. Forey liad ordered the captured Mexiean Generáis to be sent to France and the other offieers to Martinique; and 3,000 Mexican prisoners had been put to work on the railroad leading towards Vera Cruz and 2,000 were eniployed in destroying the intrenchments around Puebla.
