Excursion To Ann Arbor

-It is proposed by the members ot tüa conrrregation of the St. Patrick's Chapel, Kev. Father Henncssy, pastor, to give a grand excursión to Ann Arbor on Thursday the 23d inst , for the purpose of raising funds to liquídate the indebteness on the chapel. Arrangementsare being made to have a grand pic-nic in one of the beautiful groves of Ann Arbor, where refreshments will be served to the excursionists iu abundanee. It is expected that great numbers of our citizeus will avail themselves rf this opportunity of visiting the beautiful city of Ann Arbor and also of aiding the Rev. Father Hennessy in the good work of completing the chapel. The price of tickets for the round trip has been fixed at seventy-five cents. The honr of the departure nnd return of excursión trains on the Michigan Central Railroad will be duly aDnounced. - Detroit Tree Press. - "The Island" has been selected as the place of the pic nie and arrangements are being made for the accommodation of "Father Hennessy" and bis friends.
