AlbaDy, Aug. 17. Information ha reached here th!s aftcrnoon of the destruction by fire o: Burst's shoddy nvii;l at Cohoes, and the burning to dealh of fifteen of the femalo operatives. The flamcs spread with fear ful rnpidity, and the only meins of es cape left the girls were the windows. - Some were so turror-stricken that they abandoned theajselves to their fate, ant perished in thj building Othcrs fel from tho windows iüto the fir. Man; were badly injured by jumping to the ground. Twenty five are missing, fifteea of whoin are reported bumed todeath.
