The following was issued to day: Vak Defartment, Peovost Marshal ) Genekal's Office, Noy. 17. J Circular No. 110. As complaints have been mado that errors have ocourred in the enrollment of the National forces, by pmiesions of persons whose names should have been enrollad, and by the addition of names of persons who, by reason of alierrage and for other causes ought not to have jeen onrolled, and asit s dosirable that the department should have euch inforraation as may he necessary, in order to do full jusüce to all parties, it is icreby ordered that the Board of Enrollment of each district shall have rinted lists of the names and reaiden;es of all persons enrolled iu each subdistrict prepared and esposed to pubic view in at least five places in each Biib-district, and as many more as the Board may deern necessary. Names will be placed upon these hsts in alphabetical onlor. Public ootic'O will be given by a list of names and in newspapers that any person enrolled may appear before the Board and claim to have his name stricken off the list, if he can show to Ihe satisfuction of the Board that he is not, and will notbe at ,the time fixed for the nest draft, liable to military duty, on account of lst, iilienage ; 2nd, non-residence ; 3d, unsuitablaness of age ; 4th, manifest permanent physical disability. Persons who may be cognizant of any other persons liable to military duty, whose names do not appear on the enrollment list, are reqnested to nolify the Board of Enrollment, who shall thereupon direct the enrollinp1 officer of the subdiwtrict in which the parties resido, to obtain the facts and enroll the persons só reported, if found to bo subject to enrollmont. These may avail thenisel vee of the privilege of appearing, as specified in paragraph one, until the 20th of Deo. 1862, as if they had been originally enrolled ; 9th Boards of Enroliment will uso all diligence in coleeting inforraation and making the equisite notes to perfect tho enrollment lista. As soon as possible after he 20th of December, a report of the corrected editions w'll be made out accorcling to the printed instrnctions and ransrnitted to the Provost Marshal General. The namos and residences of thoso propesed to be stricken off or added, will be transmitted to the Provosl Marshal General fo-r tho purpose oí correcling the lists on file. JAMES ,;. FRY, Pro. Mar.
