You can live among beautif'ul flowers and singing birds, or in the mire, surrounded bv fog and irogs. The amount of happiness which yon can produce is incalculable, if you will show a smiling face, a kind beart, and speak pleasaot words. On the other hand, by sour looks, cross words, and a fretful disposition, you can make hundreds unhappy alraost beyond endurance. Which will jou do? Wear a pleasant counter.ance, let joy beam in your eye, and love glow on your forehead. There ia no joy so great as tb at which springs from a kind act or a pleasant deed, and you may feel 't at night when you rest, and at morning when you rise, and througb the day when about your daily basiuess.
