Bramlette has addressod. an earnest remonstrauca to the President raspecting enrollment and enhstments of' 8+!vèa in Kentuéky, and has notified the Fresident thut he will exocute the laws of Kentucky against all who attempt to take sl.aves f rom their owners without their consent. He claims that Kentucky has funsféd more than 50,000 of hersons to detoid the government, and is willing to iurniáh still more, and all that is allotted to her; that she has proven her loyalty and must be treated as suoh, and her laws constitutionally enacted must be respected.
