Deceitful smiles and honeyed words, The enviou. only use ; The true, sincere, conflding frieud Will all such frauds reluse. True friendship, is the qolden chaia Which links our social joys ; With worthy honest, real friends, l've past most happy hours. The many senes of festive joys, My tongue can never teil ; With friends so kind, so good, so true, Tis pleasant, long to dweil.
