■Ve are indebted to Capt. R. J. Barry, provost Maishal of this Congressional District, for the following statement of the condition, June lst, of the several sub-distriets in tliis under the cali of October aud Jlarcli last for 500,000 men. The draft in the deficiënt towns of the district is to coraiiience at 9 o'clock to-day, at Jackson. Up to that hour the towns have the privilege of furnishin voluuteers to make up their deficiencies. The creditsTof veterans have been made up at the office of Col, Hill, Detroit, andnotby Capt.
