The Louisville Journal eajis : "Williuni Lloyd Gariisn, oh of tho original aboiiíiotiists is now among the recognized leaders of the raidoai party. He goeH vehemently lor Li n col u's election, and tho olher Lincoln organs ;tppluud bis talent and influonce. Well, Garrison suys : ' As to ;ny lears that Judgo Taney wilJ undertake to nullify the proclama. tion, they seem to be groundless. Why, if Judge Tauey, or the whole body of the Suprenie Court together, shonld clare to prouounce t nuil and void, Maiyliind herself ia go far cliansred in sentiinont tbat he would strangle tliem and throw them into the Potornac.' This was said in a speech to a coln meeting in Boston, and the sentiment callecl forth ' loud appause.' The appl:iudiug of such a deelaration by i large audience, eonposod of the mtn of the party in power, shows what frightful Uavoe has been wrougbt upon the politica] moráis of that party by threa miserable yeara of blended anaroliy, tyranny, misrule and corniption. No outroge upon iudividuals, upon the laws, upon tlio fundamental principies of all govornmcnts, can be, perpetraled or urgyd in the supposed interests of Mr, Lincoln, so monstrous as not to be heartily and eagerly commended by thé Lincoln partv. The Lincoln men in Boston are DOt moré Qeice and furious than the Lincoln men elsewhere, yet tliey hesitate not to make the world know, thut, if the Supreme Court of the United Sates, in the dis charge of its solemn and sworn duties, dares to decide that the Emancipation Proclutnation is unconstitutionai, they wou ld gladly sce the members of that Oourt et rangled and thrown into tho Potoniuc. 'JVuly jacobinism, u wilder and vvorse jacobinism than that of the evil days of France, is holding sarnival in our most vvrotched land.' "
