National Teachers' Association. - The annua! meeting of tlio National Teachers' Assoeiation will bo held at Ogdensburg, New York, connnencing on the lOth of August, at 10 o'clock A. M., and continuing tl ee dajs. Most of the hotels at -OgdeüsbuCg will furnish accommodations to niembers ata reduced charge of 1 50 a day. The exercises will cocsist of lectures and papers by prominent edueators, and the discussion of various educatioual topics. Arrangements liave been made for excursión tickets by Grand Trunk to Ogdensburg and Montreal; thence by Vcrmont Central to Boston.
