Mosoby has been reiuforced by a regiment of Virginia cavaliy, and on Monday waa at Thurville, it is expected to move on Winohester, or on Gen. Sheridmi's line of commuuication. Rebel moveinents have been counteracted by a cavali-y move iIjíh morning. To-day, Gen. Kelly's coramaud successfully atlacked a rebel force that was inoviog towarda Moorefield.
