At the Demooratie City Conventiou, held on Friday evening last, the following cornmittee vu appointod for the ensuing year : Mepsrs. C. H Richmood, J. H. Ilecderson, Geo. W. Smith, Nelson B. Colé, P. Shulters. ïbo following ward comraitteea were appoiuted at tho caucuses held on Wednesday evening. First Ward - D. Henning, Chas. H. Riehmond, H. D. Bonnett. Fourth Ward- F. A. Horn, ft. Beaban, 8. 6. Sitherlnnd. The Dames of the other ward oommittees have not heen furnished us. fc-ÏST The common council convened on VVednesday evening, canvassed the votes, and declared the result. A complimentary retolution was passed to Mayor Wklls.
