A Sheep Sheariug Festival is to be held at Manchestor, on Thursday, ïlay 4th, at which we pre sume premiums will be awarded both for Sheep and Shearing. A general invitation ia extended to all Wool-Growers and others interested to be present. An addresa will be delivered by Iion. Towhsend E. Gidi.ey.- The officers of the Association under the auspices of which the Festival will be held, are, Hon. JonN J. Robison, President i Chadncey Walüjudos, Secretary ; Wn. M. Bbown, Treasurer.
