By the terms of agreement, oiEcers and men eau rel urn to their homes and remain there until exchauged. You will take with you the satistaotion that proceeds frotn the consequences of duty faitbfully peiformed, and I earnestly pray that a niGrciiul God will oxtond you his blessiug and protection.
