The Virginia Legislature adjourned sute die on Friday eveninff last, after a eessioti of five dnys. Nearly all the rneasuresrequired by Gov. Pierpont to assist him in the work of reuonstructing the State govornments wero passed, eliciling little or no debate in their passage. The most important of these was that cxtending the electivo franchise to persona who were exeluded from it by tho Alexaadiia constitution. These persons are those who have voluntarily "iven aid and comfort to the rebellion siuce the lat of Jauuary, 1864. The election of mombors of Oougress and oí the new Legislature is to take place on the 12lh of next October. At this electiou the peoplo are also to decide whether the Legislature shall have power to repeal the constitutional provisión which excludos from voting all vho havo been engaged in the rebelüou.
