Moes, Secretary, for the transportaron of the mnils between New York and llio Janiero, roonthly, touching at St. Thomas, Para, Pernambuco and Bahia. An effort to secure the grant íor a colebrated Loyal Loaguer has resulted in adding $30,000 per annum to tlio subsidy roquired of our government.
