On reartinff and filing tlte petitiou, dnly verified, of AlpUens Felcïu prayiug that a certain Instrument now on die in this Court, purportiag' to bc the last Will and Testament of Baid deceased, may be admitted to probate, and that letters testamentary may be graiited to him as Executor thereof. Thereupon it is Ordered, that Satnrday, the tbïrfietb day of December next, at ten o'clock in the forenoort, be assigned for the hearing of eaid petitiou, and that the leñatees, devisees, and heirs at law of said deccased, and aïl other persons iuterested in said estáte, are reqiiired to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, and show canse, Éf any there be, why the prayer of the petiüoncr should not bc granted : And it is further ordered, that satö potitioner give uotice to the persons mterested in said estáte, of the pendeacy of said petitiou. and the hearing thereof, by cansina a copy of this Or.der to be pubUeheq in the Michigan Árguy, a newspaper print ed and cfrculatxng in said Couuty, three succeasive weeks previousto said day of hr-nrinir.
