And wben he trctted ofF to school, The children al] about would cry, There goes the curly-headed boy, The boy who never tells a lie. And everybody loved liim so, Becnuse he ahvays told tlie truth, That every díiy, as he grew np, 'l'was taid, " Hiere goes the honest yontli."
