Keligious organs have advioes from Rome which represent tbat the Pope, in respouse to the request of a great majority of the bishops, bas distributed among the membera of the Council a soheme propoeiog a defĂoition of the dogma of iofallibility, wiih a notioo ihat euggestions from the fathers on the same will be received until the 17th inst. - Dispatches from other sources add Ihat in consequenco of the introduction of this scheine the French governinent bas nade a (iemand on the Papal Court that a speoiul eovoj of France bo permitted to assist at the Couucil ; also that Cardinal Antonclli has auknowledged tho receipt of tho demand and prouiises to anawer it in a few days. The Ultramootane journal, Le Monde, Btates positively that the Pope has required the Council to Gx upon o dcfinition of porsonal infallibility h ithiu a week.
