Second, New York. Third, New Jersey, Pcnnsylvania, Delaware, Morylaud and Virginia. Fourth, North Carolina, South Carolino, Georgia, Florida, Alabaina and Tenncsi-ee. íáixth, Ohio, Michigan, Kontucky and West Virginia. Seventh, Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin. Eightb, Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas and Missouri. Ninth, California, Oregon and Nevada. The Supremo Court Justices, excopt the Chief Justice, are required to reside in their respective circuits, and the Chief JuRtice is to be known as the Cbief Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States.
