The prevalent opinión is tbat the moroing air is the purest and most healthful aud bracing, but the eontrary is the faot. At no hour of the day is the air more filled wih dampness, fnirs and miasmas than about suntiso. The heat of tho Bun gradually dissipates tho miasmatio iuflucnees as the day advanees. Probably the best custom vrould bo to furnish every member of the family espeial!y those who labor out of doors, with a single nup of warm coffoe, well milkod, immediately after rising from the bed.
